Over coffee—naturally—Erika shared an idea: why was exceptional Peruvian coffee still so difficult to find in her community?

She imagined bringing the quality, character and energy of Peru closer to people in the United States. Cynthya immediately saw what it could become—and knew how to build the brand, the story and the connections to bring it to life.

Erika brings financial precision, an entrepreneurial eye and a passion for introducing remarkable Peruvian products to new markets. Cynthya brings international brand and marketing expertise, creative instinct and a slightly unreasonable obsession with making every detail feel right.

Different strengths. Shared roots. One belief: coffee should have personality—and the brand around it should too.

Together, they created INKA Coffee: proudly Peruvian, made for a new generation and built around the people who grow it, brew it and gather over it.

We’re not here to make coffee for everyone in the same way.
